This stamp was by Bhutan in 2011 to celebrate the Druk Wangyel, a festival performed annually in the Dochula Pass to commemorate the 2003 victory of the Bhutanese military over a small insurgency. Unlike most masked dance festivals, which are performed by monks and lay citizens, the Druk Wangyel is performed by the Royal Bhutanese Army. The stamp depicts the Vision of Bodhisattvas dance and is denominated as 40 ngultrum.
